• Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

• You can also track your order status through your Falfroot account.

Delivery Partners

• We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

• Our logistics partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other reliable courier companies.

Order Confirmation and Updates

• You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after completing your purchase.

Delivery Address

• Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations.

• A small COD fee of ₹30 may apply.

Delayed or Lost Orders
